Non-Returnable Items

* Personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics, health products)
* Sale or clearance items (marked as “final sale”)

Return Shipping

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
* We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

* Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
